Role Description

We are seeking a Team Lead (Technical / Creative Production) to manage a distributed team of 45 specialists working across 15+ software platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving delivery quality, standardizing workflows, and ensuring operational efficiency across diverse domains such as CAD, 3D modeling, animation, photo editing, and game development.

The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership experience with a practical understanding of creative/CAD production workflows, including file structures, reproducibility, and quality control.

• Commitments Required: 8 hours per day with an overlap of 2-4 hours with PST.
• Employment type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave)
• Duration of contract: 4+ months
• Location: LATAM + India
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a live interview with the Delivery Team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical or creative production teams
• Proven experience leading large teams (40+ specialists/trainers) in a structured delivery environment
• Strong project management skills (task allocation, tracking, reporting)
• Experience working with CAD, 3D modeling, animation, video, or similar domains
• Working knowledge of parametric modeling, non-destructive workflows, and native file structures
• Experience implementing quality control processes and performance tracking systems
• Strong documentation, process design, and operational management skills
• Ability to manage large teams in deadline-driven environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Establish and enforce quality standards for native files, exports, and documentation
• Review deliverables for structure, reproducibility, and adherence to guidelines
• Standardize workflows, file organization, and submission processes across tools
• Conduct quality audits and manage rework cycles where needed
• Implement and maintain performance tracking and reporting systems
• Collaborate across teams working on CAD, 3D, animation, and related domains
• Drive operational improvements and ensure consistency across all outputs
• Provide regular reporting on delivery, quality, and team performance to stakeholders
