[Hiring] Team Lead @Veeva Systems

Role Description

Veeva Link’s vision is to build connected data applications that improve research and patient outcomes. As a Team Lead for one of our Data Operations teams, you will lead a remote team of 50+ freelancers who execute on large-scale data generation pipelines. You will design business processes and drive process improvements as well as technology improvements.

• Plan and control business processes and support their execution by removing barriers for team members.
• Focus on improving process efficiency and reducing defects.
• Deliver operational metrics associated with your process and results while keeping your team engaged.
• Be highly motivated to lead with a “can do” attitude.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, analysts, engineers, and researchers.

Requirements

• Experience leading or coordinating others in a professional or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of process workflows.
• Comfortable working remotely and effectively in an international environment.
• Ability to distill complex instructions into simple, actionable steps for a large, diverse, and remote workforce.
• Comfortable looking at performance data to identify bottlenecks and suggest practical solutions.

Compensation

Total compensation: 30,000 - 45,000 EUR. The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location.
