Role Description

The Support Services Project Manager/Specialist manages the whole project and ensures everyone works together to meet all the staff augmentation requirements. They are responsible for:

• Working with upper-level management and the Account Manager to ensure the goals and objectives of the project are met.
• Ensuring LWC approves the final product.
• Ensuring all staff submit weekly timesheets and weekly statuses to OTS/LWC.
• Submitting invoices with the approved status to OTS for payment.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience/expertise managing a team responsible for redesigning/rebranding an enterprise-level website using a modern web development platform and following industry standards.
• Five years' experience/expertise in enterprise website development using the proposed enterprise-level web development platform.
