Role Description
This role involves supporting project management for NATO's modernization of IT services, leveraging public cloud technologies.
- Support the management and coordination of cloud-related projects within NCIA.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Assist in tracking progress, managing resources, and coordinating communication between stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to project teams and monitor project documentation.
- Assist in the planning and execution of project milestones.
- Identify project risks and ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with project management software such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in project management.
- Advanced proficiency in using standard office software including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Full proficiency in the English language; French language proficiency is an advantage.
- Candidate must have the nationality of one of the NATO nations.
Requirements
- Experience in project administration with a strong understanding of project management principles.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and dynamic environment.
- Valid NATO SECRET security clearance required prior to the start of the engagement.
