[Hiring] ServiceNow Project Manager @Nexiva

Role Description

This position will manage and execute all aspects of the ServiceNow modernization technology projects in any one of the following specialties:

• Planning
• Executing
• Delivering ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects within scope, timeline, and budget

This role ensures alignment with business objectives, manages stakeholder expectations, and drives successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions across the MTA.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with teams on end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports in partnership with the ServiceNow team
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with MTA policies

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project scope
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership

ServiceNow Expertise:

• Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and modules (PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, CRM, HRSD, CMDB)
• Ensure from the MTA side that ServiceNow consultants adhere to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards set up for the MTA Teams

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
• Eight years' experience in the appropriate specialties
• Minimum of two years' experience as a project manager (PMP is desirable)
• Sound understanding of technical issues
• Outstanding planning, scheduling, implementation, and evaluation skills
• Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing with the user community and the technical staff
