Role Description

This role involves leading technical programs that enhance internal systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term scalability.

Manage internal service desk operations, optimizing ticketing systems and response processes.
Drive automation and operational improvements across teams.
Oversee the administration, customization, and optimization of internal platforms such as Jira or Zendesk.
Provide technical guidance on system scalability, data management, and security best practices.
Proactively engage with stakeholders across teams, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
Develop reporting frameworks to track team performance, automation impact, and operational effectiveness.
Leverage insights derived from data analysis to drive strategic decision-making and optimize internal operations.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical program management, system administration, or a related field.
Strong background in managing and optimizing internal systems, automation tools, and integrations.
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, workflow automation, and process improvements.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) and API-based integrations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing technical and business priorities.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience in managing vendor relationships, procurement processes, and contract negotiations.
Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
