[Hiring] Senior Project Manager - UKG/Kronos Workforce Management @Serigor, Inc.

Role Description

Serves as the PM aligned to the Human Resources organization.

Leads HR workstreams associated with the UKG/Kronos implementation.

Acts as the bridge between HR leadership, Payroll, IT, and implementation partners.

These are not pure PM roles. The ideal candidates are likely business-savvy implementation PMs who have previously led UKG/Kronos and/or Workday transformations, rather than traditional PMs who only manage schedules and status reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR-related implementation activities for Kronos/UKG.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across HR, Payroll, and IT.
• Drive requirements sessions, business process redesign, testing, training, and change management.
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure successful adoption of new workforce management and timekeeping processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management background with enterprise HR system implementations.
• Subject matter expertise in UKG/Kronos.
• Subject matter expertise in HR processes and operations.
• Subject matter expertise in payroll.
• Subject matter expertise in workforce management.
• 8+ years Project Management experience.
• Multiple UKG/Kronos implementations.
• Strong executive stakeholder management.
• Able to work at both the strategic and detailed execution levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday HR experience highly desirable.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Healthcare provider experience preferred.

• Business-savvy - able to guide stakeholders through adoption and process change, not only manage a plan.
