Role Description

As the Senior Project Manager, Strategic Partnerships at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy. You will support our Strategic & Health Plan Partnerships team in delivering exceptional partner experiences and operational excellence.

• Serve as a key day-to-day contact for assigned internal & external partners.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with product, operations, clinical, technical, and account management teams.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, supporting business reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
• Play an important role in scoping potential partnerships and sustaining partnership health.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment balancing relationship management with operational execution.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, account management, partnerships, consulting, operations, or a related client-facing role.
• PMP Certification.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience supporting external partners or clients, ideally within b2b, healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or benefits-related industries.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to track and analyze performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs) and translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports and supporting client-facing presentations (e.g., QBRs/MBRs).
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams including product, operations, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify risks and coordinate solutions.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint).

Requirements

• Experience supporting service implementations or operational rollouts is a plus.
• Experience with CRM or project management tools is preferred.
