[Hiring] Senior Project Manager, Martech and Data @Bluprintx

Role Description

BPX is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of martech and customer data projects for enterprise clients. You will run workstreams inside large, multi-year transformation programmes, covering engagement platforms such as Braze, customer data platforms such as Twilio Segment, cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, and the content and work management tools around them. You own the plan, the dependencies, the risks and the client conversation, working alongside a programme manager, strategists, architects and specialist engineers. This is a hands-on role: you need enough technical understanding to challenge an estimate, spot a dependency between a data change and a live journey, and keep a mixed client and BPX team moving at pace. On every project you run, you are the person the client relies on to know where things stand.

What you'll do:

• Plan and lead martech and data projects from scoping and kick-off through build, testing, go-live and hypercare.
• Build and maintain delivery plans, sprint plans and resource plans, and manage dependencies across workstreams, vendors and client teams.
• Run agile ceremonies and governance, including stand-ups, sprint reviews, steering updates and status reporting.
• Own RAID logs, change control and escalation, and resolve issues before they reach the client's timeline.
• Track budget, hours and burn against plan, and flag variance and scope change early with options.
• Coordinate use case backlogs and release plans with client product owners, marketing teams and IT.
• Bring changes to live platforms safely, with clear testing, cutover and rollback plans.
• Work with change and enablement leads so adoption is planned as part of delivery, not after it.
• Support pre-sales with delivery plans, effort estimates and statements of work, and contribute to BPX's delivery methods and templates.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in project management, including at least three years delivering martech, CRM, data or digital technology projects.
• Track record of running projects inside large enterprise programmes, with multiple workstreams, vendors and stakeholder groups.
• Strong grasp of agile and hybrid delivery. Certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM or Scrum Master is an advantage.
• Working technical understanding of marketing automation, CDP or cloud data projects. Experience with Braze, Segment, Snowflake, Adobe or Salesforce platforms is an advantage.
• Confident with delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet or Workfront, and with tracking budget and hours against plan.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Consulting or agency background, credible with senior client stakeholders and calm under pressure.
• Fluent English and the right to work in an EMEA country where BPX operates.
