[Hiring] Senior Project Manager @Sidetrade

Role Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you run enterprise Order-to-Cash implementations from contract signature to go-live and into run. You own the plan, the coordination and the project governance. You deliver on time, on budget, and with a customer who is ready to use what we built.

You join a Customer Experience team that holds its accounts from signature into renewal, alongside a Functional Expert, a Data Engineer and a Customer Success Manager. The customer keeps the same team throughout.

What you will do

• Run the project from kickoff to hypercare: plan, governance, weekly status calls and steering committees with finance leadership up to CFO.
• Deliver workshops on data mapping, integration, process design, train the customer to do UAT, coordinate cutover, go live strategies and business hypercare.
• Deliver against the baseline date agreed with the customer and the SOW budget, and keep the burn visible.
• Keep the commercial hygiene tight: billing milestones raised on time, change requests spotted and priced, effort tracked against the SOW.
• Coordinate the customer's finance, IT and ERP teams with our Functional Experts and Data Engineers through integration, testing and go-live.
• Lead complex programs, including multi-entity and phased rollouts, with several projects running in parallel at different phases.
• Raise risks early and bring a plan with them. Take the hard conversation on a slipped date or a scope dispute.
• Hand over to the Customer Success Manager at the transition into run, with the context Support needs.
• Keep phase, risk and milestones accurate in Salesforce and our project tools.
• Work with the AI agents that speed up our implementations, and check what they produce.

Qualifications

• 6+ years managing B2B SaaS, ERP or finance-system implementations, with enterprise projects that went live and stayed live.
• A strong command of project economics: SOW, budget, burn, change requests, billing milestones.
• Comfort in front of finance leadership, up to CFO, with good news and bad.
• Order-to-Cash, credit, collections or accounts receivable knowledge, or the proven ability to pick it up fast.
• The ability to hold several projects at different stages at once without dropping any of them.
• The candor to say the uncomfortable thing early, to the customer and to Sidetrade.
• Fluent English. French or Spanish is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
