Role Description

Senior Project Manager

• Experience Range: 8 - 12 years of experience, including at least 4 years of technical program management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale technical programs focused on platform modernization, security, and product enablement to drive organizational transformation.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Okta migration projects, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery.
• Drive alignment and collaboration across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure seamless execution and minimal disruption.
• Track program progress using metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to communicate status and impact.
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and security risks associated with identity platform transitions.
• Implement operational process improvements by standardizing workflows, metrics, and execution models for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enable scalable, repeatable technology operations.
• Create clarity and drive decision-making using data-driven insights and structured narratives for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Okta architecture and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Okta migration in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of identity management concepts and platforms.
• Expertise in AWS and modern cloud architectures.
• Experience with microservices and containerization technologies.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Knowledge of enterprise security controls and risk management frameworks.
• Experience managing third-party SaaS integrations.
• Technical program management in security and infrastructure domains.
• Ability to use metrics and dashboards for program tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience driving enterprise-wide security or identity transformations.
• Background in platform or infrastructure modernization programs.
• Exposure to metrics-driven delivery models and operational excellence frameworks.
• Familiarity with advanced cloud security practices.
• Experience with large-scale process standardization initiatives.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Benefits

• Remote position based on Eastern Standard Time; full-time or contract employment.
• Salary range: $145,000 - $150,000 a year.
