Role Description
This role involves understanding, planning, and executing projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
- Assist managers and teams with the coordination of resources, meetings, and information.
- Organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Graduate with work experience or similar education
- 1-3 years of experience
Requirements
- Responsible for coordinating client implementation for onboarding of clients
- Project coordination duties such as scheduling kick-off meetings, internal project coordination, and frequent customer interaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee all aspects of project implementation
- Formulate project plans, create user stories, monitor and summarize project progress
- Prepare project status reports for top management
- Identify roadblocks and initiate remedial action for execution and completion of tasks
- Carry out communications towards managing all project stakeholders
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
Functional Requirements
- Working experience in analyzing data and reports, and have worked on Excel or similar tools
- Relevant experience in project management/coordination
- Well-versed with project management software tools (Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira) is a plus
- Willing to work in overlapping hours with EST time zone
Personality Traits
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent in capturing and analyzing client requirements
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Client communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command over the English language
