[Hiring] Senior Project Coordinator @Pyramid Consulting

Role Description

Immediate need for a talented Senior Project Coordinator. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US (Remote).

• Manage purchase requests from initiation through completion, ensuring timely progress through each stage of the procurement process.
• Coordinate with external vendors to resolve procurement, logistics, and invoicing issues.
• Track and manage contingent worker hiring requests, coordinating interviews and communication channels.
• Gather information from stakeholders to support management decisions and prepare status updates.
• Maintain project documents and templates, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Support the Operations Program Manager in unblocking hiring roadblocks and tracking escalations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a coordination role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in Office 365, Gmail/Outlook, Calendar, and project management tools.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work successfully under pressure.
• Experience keeping project documents and templates up-to-date, along with presenting reports to management.
