[Hiring] Senior Program Manager @Fluxon

Role Description

As a Senior Program Manager, you will manage complex, high-impact technical initiatives that drive innovation, scalability, and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of projects for Fluxon clients.

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and partner closely with Engineering, Product, Project Management, Design, and senior leadership.
• Define strategy, oversee execution, and ensure the successful delivery of large-scale technical programs.
• Operate at the intersection of technology, business, and execution, translating ambiguous challenges into actionable plans.
• Align cross-functional teams around shared objectives.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, strong business judgment, exceptional communication skills, and proven leadership skills. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority, and driving measurable outcomes across multiple teams and organizations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management within software engineering or other highly technical environments.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple product development teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture, artificial intelligence, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern engineering practices.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and navigate complex challenges in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence executive-level decisions and drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Mag 7, FAANG or high-growth / startup environment is preferred.
• Experience managing complex technical programs in a client-facing, consulting, or professional services environment.
