[Hiring] Senior Manager, Change Management and Operational Communications @CVS Health

Role Description

As a Sr. Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our Oak Street Health patients, providers, and business by centralizing and driving change management strategy and execution. In this role, you will work closely with PMO leadership and cross-functional teams to advance Oak Street’s change management operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Change Management Operating Model Governance
  • Operating Model Alignment: Support the two pillars of Oak Street's change management operating model: Strategic Initiative Sequencing & Capacity (SISC) Governance and Initiative Implementation & Change Management Lifecycle Management.
  • Initiative Assessment: Consult with initiative owners and evaluate upcoming projects against Oak Street's Change Archetypes (based on change complexity and audience breadth).
  • Standardization: Enforce a standardized framework for field-facing communications and training.
  • PMO Consultation & Review: Participate in and facilitate weekly PMO meetings to review, provide feedback, and approve implementation and change plans.
  • Communication and Training Pathways: Manage select communication/training pathways, including the Learning Tuesday process.
• Strategic Communication & Training Execution
  • Unified Messaging: Own the creation, curation, and continuous optimization of select employee-facing operational communications and training materials.
  • Content Synthesis & Technical Writing: Translate complex operational workflows, clinical processes, and policy shifts into clear, concise messaging.
  • High-Impact Learning Assets: Design and produce engaging learning assets in partnership with the Learning team and business owners.
• Closed-Loop Evaluation
  • Metrics & Evaluation: Define, collect, and analyze standard implementation metrics, post-launch adoption rates, and feedback.
  • Sustainment Planning: Identify post-release training and communication reinforcement needs.

Qualifications

• Deep operational understanding of Health Care workflows, organizational structure, and goals.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Professional experience creating training collateral, interactive guides, visual aids, and multi-media learning assets.
• Strong organization and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and experience implementing structured change frameworks.
• 6+ years of progressive project management in a healthcare setting.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
