[Hiring] Senior IT Project Manager @Chameleon Integrated Services

Role Description

Chameleon Integrated Services is currently looking for a remote, Senior Information Technology Project Manager to support one of our federal clients in a high-visibility federal cybersecurity and compliance program.

Due to federal contract requirements, this position requires U.S. citizenship. Lawful permanent residents (green card holders) and individuals requiring visa sponsorship are not eligible for this role.

This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract and subsequent funding.

• Lead day-to-day assessment operations supporting federal FISMA, RMF, and FedRAMP compliance initiatives.
• Oversee workload balancing, assessment schedules, metrics reporting, and team coordination across multiple concurrent assessment efforts.
• Hands-on and operational, focused on schedule execution, assessment throughput, and deliverable tracking within a structured federal environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Requirements

• PMP or PgMP required.
• DAWIA PM Level III (preferred).
• ITIL or Agile certifications (preferred).
• Public Trust (or ability to obtain).
