[Hiring] Scrum Master @NTT DATA

Role Description

As a Scrum Master, you will work with Client Delivery Teams, Product Owners, and the NTT DATA’s DATA Practice team to assist with ongoing deployment of Agile practices across clients. You may also interact with all levels of the organization to inform and influence understanding of the value in the change.

Qualifications

• 10+ years guiding teams in agile software development as Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
• 5+ years working as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Facilitator for Data Platform projects.
• 5+ years' experience configuring and managing agile application lifecycle management tools (Jira, Miro Planview, VersionOne, AgileCraft, Rally, ADO(TFS), etc.).
• 5+ years’ experience working in agile fundamentals such as lean-agile values, principles, and practices.

Requirements

• SASM- SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (scaled; SAFe 6+).
• ICP-ATF, PSM, CSM – Recognized Scrum Master Certifications.
• Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to desired outcomes.
• Ability to lead, train, and provide feedback to colleagues and leaders.
• Organizational skills, good time management, and balanced attention to optimize valued outcomes across varying priorities.

Benefits

• Starting hourly range for this remote role is ($80.00-$100.00/Hour).
• Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
