Role Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master – Zuora to support enterprise technology implementation projects involving Zuora and Workday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, Scrum framework implementation, and enterprise software delivery, combined with hands-on experience working in environments utilizing Zuora and Workday.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to facilitate collaboration across distributed technical teams. The selected professional will play a critical role in ensuring Agile best practices, removing delivery obstacles, coordinating project activities, and supporting successful implementation milestones.

This is a fully remote position requiring full availability during U.S. Pacific Time business hours, without exceptions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Professional, or in a related IT project delivery role.
• Strong experience with Zuora in enterprise technology environments.
• Experience with Workday, preferably version 1.5.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Proven ability to identify and remove impediments, manage dependencies, and facilitate collaboration across technical teams.
• Strong experience working with Product Owners, software development teams, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent spoken English (C1 level preferred), with clear communication and strong client-facing skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations, system integrations, or digital transformation projects.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
• Mandatory availability to work U.S. Pacific Time business hours (no exceptions).
• Full-time availability: 8 hours per day.
• Willingness to participate in critical implementation, pre-go-live, and go-live activities.
