[Hiring] Regional Study Coordinator @Labcorp

Role Description

Labcorp is seeking a remote Regional Study Coordinator to join our team in Belgium!

Work schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day activities of a clinical trial at a regional level.
• Collaborate with the Global Study Manager for all local study related aspects, including:
  • Study set up and closure
  • Ordering of study start up supplies
  • Answering CRA questions regarding country specific regulations
• Act as regional liaison between Global Study Manager and various CLS departments involved in the study.
• Act as a regional liaison between assigned client representatives (e.g., Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) or Site Monitors) and LabcorpCLS internal departments and teams.
• Monitor, track and provide resolution to all local study issues, especially logistic issues and/or delays in receipt of study supplies, while keeping the Global Study Manager informed.
• Clean the laboratory database; resolve issues related to lab samples placed on hold.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and timely responsiveness to ensure client satisfaction, requiring a clear understanding of study design and major budget drivers.
• Work in a matrix environment where some task assignments are channeled to RSCs while others need to be delegated to other functional groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree
• 1 or more years of Clinical Project management experience within clinical studies

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• 1 or more years of experience in Central Lab services
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Demonstrated time management skills
• Dedicated to teamwork
• Ability to plan and prioritize
