• Applies established IT business operations and governance practices to support planning, reporting, compliance, and execution across assigned activities.
• Coordinates governance routines, project support activities, and cross-team dependencies to help maintain alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Communicates requirements, status, risks, and tradeoffs clearly with team members and partner teams to support timely decisions and smooth execution.
• Analyzes moderately complex operational, governance, and control-related issues to identify root causes, assess impact, and recommend practical next steps.
• Monitors operational metrics, reporting outputs, and governance checkpoints to identify gaps, track progress, and improve delivery reliability.
• Improves templates, documentation, workflows, and team processes that reduce rework, strengthen consistency, and increase transparency.
• Builds team effectiveness through clear documentation, reusable materials, knowledge sharing, and task-level guidance for peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, operations, governance, portfolio management, service delivery, or a related field required.
• Certification in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) preferred.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Scaled Agile Framework Scrum Master (SAFe) or equivalent certification preferred.
