Role Description

We're looking for a Project & Operations Manager for a fast-growing startup that connects law firms, insurers, and medical experts, focused on streamlining medical expert testimony and case coordination. If you are highly organized and detail-oriented with email management, keep reading!

• Own the full lifecycle of each case from intake through completion
• Coordinate operational workflows across all active cases
• Schedule meetings and medical exams as needed throughout each case
• Track incoming requests and keep case statuses accurate in our clients' internal systems
• Manage medical records and materials required for physician review
• Serve as the main point of contact between attorneys, physicians, and our client's internal team, keeping everyone aligned and moving

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working with modern SaaS tools and online systems
• Solution-oriented and able to figure things out independently
• Highly professional and competent in written and verbal communication with native or near-native proficiency in English

Requirements

• Legal assistant or paralegal experience
• Medical office coordination or records management
• Experience working with law firms, medical practices, insurance companies, third-party administrators, or expert witness services
