[Hiring] Project Operations Coordinator @Boomering Inc

Role Description

We are seeking a highly resilient, organized, and confident Project Administrator to support the operations across Australia. Based remotely in the Philippines, you will serve as the operational backbone for complex tech infrastructure projects, including modular data centers, telecommunications infrastructure, and commercial Wi-Fi deployments across Australia.

This is not a typical, standard corporate admin role. You will be the vital link between the executive office and our critical field teams. This requires a strong personality capable of managing unique human dynamics, organizing heavy field logistics, and ensuring strict compliance.

Responsibilities

• Resource Scheduling & Workforce Logistics
  • Coordinate daily and long-term scheduling for specialized technicians and field engineering teams.
  • Align field resource availability with changing project timelines, client availability, and infrastructure deadlines.
  • Monitor resource capacity and escalate scheduling conflicts or shortages to Project Managers immediately.
• Job Pack Management & Compliance
  • Compile, track, and complete detailed Job Packs for all field operations.
  • Ensure every Job Pack contains accurate documentation, including Scope of Work (SOW) details and site-specific operational guidelines.
  • Verify that all mandatory Safety Assessments, risk analyses, and hazard checklists are completed before field work begins.
  • Drive the collection of required field Sign-offs, compliance certificates, and client handovers to close out projects.
• Field Team Management & Communication
  • Serve as the main point of contact for field technicians traveling long distances through remote regions ("the bush").
  • Manage daily communications with a tough, specialized workforce that often lives on bare essentials away from their families for months.
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, confidence, and thick skin when dealing with stressed, blunt, or demanding field staff.
  • Balance strict process enforcement with deep empathy to ensure these essential, rare-breed workers are well looked after and supported.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Administration or Project Coordination, specifically handling field operations, logistics, or dispatch.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting telecommunications, mining, utilities, or heavy infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
• Personality Profile: Exceptionally confident, assertive, and resilient communicator; unbothered by direct or unpolished language from field staff.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in scheduling tools, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word), and project management software such as Bitrix24 or similar platforms.
