• Foster a collaborative, high-energy team environment focused on delivering high-value solutions
• Drive effective sprint execution by ensuring clear priorities, strong team alignment, and disciplined Agile practices
• Enhance transparency and accountability through accurate documentation of sprint plans, release plans, team agreements, and retrospectives
• Strengthen communication between stakeholders, product management, and development teams to ensure shared understanding and successful outcomes
• Proactively resolve conflicts and escalate issues appropriately to maintain delivery momentum
• Empower teams to take collective ownership of committed work across analysis, development, testing, and documentation
• Improve delivery predictability by tracking team capacity and performance metrics, enabling data-driven decisions
• Support organizational Agile maturity by coaching teams and reinforcing SAFe principles and continuous improvement practices

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
• 1+ years of related experience
• Experience with Scrum Master/Agile/Kanban; Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian tools; SharePoint, MS Office (including MS Project)
• Good teamwork and communication skills with all levels of staff

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience
• 2+ years experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Certified Scrum Master Certification preferred
• Prior Agile project experience in the federal space preferred
• Backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, and task definition preferred
• Fundamentals of iterative development preferred
• Translating requirements into user stories preferred
• Fundamentals of software development and integration processes and procedures preferred
• Incremental delivery and the value of metrics preferred
