Role Description

Join Olsson’s Federal Engineering & Design Team as a Project Manager III, where you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-impact infrastructure projects for federal clients. As a Project Manager, you’ll manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality across complex civil and vertical construction engineering efforts. You’ll work closely with multi-discipline teams as well as federal stakeholders—to ensure compliance with UFC, DoD, VA, and other federal standards. Your role will span from early concept development through final delivery, guiding teams and clients toward successful outcomes.

You’ll also contribute to proposal development and help shape best practices that elevate our federal design capabilities. This is a chance to lead projects that serve national interests and make a lasting impact on communities across the country.

  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of technical documentation, including design plans, specifications, cost estimates, and federal RFP responses.
  • Lead design reviews and implement quality assurance plans to meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain organized project records, including correspondence, design files, and performance documentation.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service to support future opportunities.
