[Hiring] Project Manager II @Payscale

Role Description

Payscale is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support Implementations across the UK, Canada, North America and Australia for our market leading compensation management software.

• Lead, manage and motivate in multiple geographic locations, communicating project progress, and ensuring you take accountability for your delivery.
• Develop and maintain an end-to-end project plan that delivers the agreed scope of the project to time, budget and quality criteria.
• Provide timely, precise, accurate and comprehensive project MI.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies through the full project.
• Ensure mitigation plans are in place for all risks and issues, and take ownership for ensuring these mitigation plans are executed, or escalate as appropriate.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement on projects, support process improvement initiatives, and identify new process improvements.
• Be an active member of the PM community, contributing to team sessions and central improvement initiatives, and sharing best practice and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level (preferred).
• Formal project management training (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with attention to detail, excellent review skills and analytical skills.
• Must have strong ability to organize and manage.
• Solid change management experience and successfully delivered projects in global organization.
• Proven experience in project delivery and process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management experience, which has been proven at all levels of the organization.
• Proactive self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Confident and positive individual with a drive to make things better!
