Role Description

Agency Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced, highly collaborative Project Manager with a marketing, customer engagement, or communication technology background to lead critical initiatives supporting Comparion and LMIA. Reporting to the Director of Agency Technology Optimization, you’ll work at the intersection of business, marketing, agency operations, and technology, helping teams turn ideas and opportunities into capabilities that improve customer and prospect engagement, support agents, and drive profitable growth.

• Lead moderately complex to complex projects and workstreams from discovery and planning through implementation, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
• Partner with Marketing, Agency Distribution, Product Owners, Technology teams, agents, and business stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities that improve customer engagement and business growth.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, gather business requirements, and translate stakeholder needs into clear plans and requirements for Product and Technology teams.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and measures of success.
• Build alignment across business, marketing, and technology partners, facilitating decisions and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and trade-offs while maintaining visibility into the broader strategic picture.
• Drive launch readiness and adoption, ensuring business partners, agents, processes, and supporting capabilities are prepared for implementation.
• Evaluate results and apply lessons learned and continuous improvement practices to future initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of project management principles and concepts.
• Proven ability to manage the project management life cycle for projects of varying complexity.
• Proficient with project management tools.
• Project management certification strongly preferred.
• Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.
• Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
• Proven business operations knowledge to include understanding the function's value chain and market conditions strongly preferred.
• Competencies typically acquired through a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in addition to 6+ years of relevant experience to include project management work. Advanced degree preferred.

Requirements

• A background in marketing, marketing operations, MarTech, CRM/customer engagement, digital marketing, or customer lifecycle management is strongly preferred.
• Experience within the insurance or independent agency space, or with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Applied Epic, marketing automation, or AI-enabled solutions is a plus.
