[Hiring] Project Manager for Browser-Based Blockchain MMO @Pixie Interactive B.V.

Role Description

We are hiring a project manager for a remote-based, independent game development start-up building an MMORPG with blockchain integration. Your primary task will be to tie together the creative deliverables from those departments with the overall workflow of the development team responsible for implementing the assets.

• Keep a general overview of the project as a whole.
• Identify and address bottlenecks in close collaboration with the C-suite.
• Optimize the way we work together within the company.
• Familiarize yourself with our product over a two-year development roadmap for the first iteration.
• Shape and influence the final iteration of our game.
• Work and grow alongside our expert team.

Qualifications

• Mid- to long-term professional experience with project management in a remote organization with team members working across multiple different time zones.
• Hands-on experience with project management in the gaming, digital entertainment, or software development industries.
• Past history specifically with the software development and/or free-to-play games industry.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, NFTs, and/or the communities surrounding those.
• Natural curiosity and ability to work well within a remote environment.
• Ability to work from home or a rented office space.
