[Hiring] Project Manager @Sporty Group

Role Description

• Build project plans that ensure maximum utilisation of the team for impact.
• Partner with Product to translate their ‘Why?’ into a ‘What? Who? How? and ‘When’ in a cohesive plan.
• Lead cross-team collaboration where initiatives span multiple internal teams, driving alignment and ensuring coordination.
• Coordinate the deliverables from external partners as necessary.
• Ticket creation and management in support of the roadmap.
• Project-level resource assignment and scheduling.
• Hold the team to a high bar, creating a culture of constant improvement, identifying and driving process improvements in areas such as ETA accuracy and code quality.
• Provide on-demand, accurate status to stakeholders.
• Run all team ceremonies and meetings.
• Drive resolution of production issues.
• Have a keen attention to detail and be proud of their product.

Qualifications

• Must be based in EU timezone.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Degree or Masters in a business or technology discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams in a scrum framework.
• Experience in defining business requirements in the context of software and application development from a customer viewpoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in working with UI/UX teams.
