[Hiring] Project Manager @Somewhere

Role Description

We are seeking an organized, high-energy Project Manager to serve as the operational execution engine across our design projects. In this role, you will take complete ownership of project timelines, cross-functional execution, and internal deliverables. You will be the master conductor inside Monday.com, coordinating workflows between our creative interior designers, procurement teams, and staging partners. This is not a traditional, rigid corporate PM role—we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative studio environment, brings infectious positive energy, and possesses the organizational muscle to keep multiple moving parts on schedule as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management & Cross-Functional Execution (~60%)
  • Project Architecture: Build, manage, and optimize project boards, schedules, and task dependencies inside Monday.com.
  • Timeline Oversight: Set project milestones, manage internal deliverables, and hold internal teams and partners accountable to strict project deadlines.
  • Procurement & Staging Coordination: Oversee purchasing workflows and coordinate timelines with staging partners to ensure seamless property installations.
  • Resource & Workload Alignment: Monitor team bandwidth, clear operational bottlenecks, and balance project loads across multiple simultaneous design projects.
• Systems Execution & Process Optimization (~30%)
  • SaaS Workspace Upkeep: Maintain clean digital workflows across Monday.com and support tools (with light exposure/familiarity to platforms like HoneyBook and Spoke).
  • Process Refinement: Continually refine project management templates, checklists, and execution paths to support company growth (scaling to 16+ active project launches per month).
• Team Collaboration & Studio Vibe (~10%)
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the central communication hub linking design, procurement, logistics, and leadership.
  • Energy & Culture: Bring enthusiasm, proactive problem-solving, and a vibrant presence to daily team syncs and video calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on project management experience in a fast-moving agency, design studio, creative production, or hospitality/STR environment.
• Expert-level proficiency with Monday.com (board creation, automations, dashboards, task tracking).
• Based in Latin America (LATAM) with dedicated availability during US Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
• Color-coded, detail-obsessed, and capable of juggling 10+ complex project timelines at once without dropping the ball.
• High-energy, articulate, confident, and comfortable expressing personality in a fun, edgy, and creative workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with short-term rental (STR) design, interior architecture, procurement, or staging logistics.
• Exposure to creative studio tools such as HoneyBook, Spoke, or GoHighLevel.
