Role Description

We are seeking a Site Installation Project Manager to plan and oversee turn-key service projects from beginning to end. This position will be based remotely.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Leading our on-site team, working directly with the customer/customer representatives, internal commissioning team, warranty case managers, service PMs, and solutions PMs.
• Managing projects with knowledge of electrical equipment and its installation.
• Being highly organized, with the ability to plan and multi-task to meet deadlines and keep projects under budget.
• Leading all phases of the project lifecycle from contract award through completion, including client and internal meetings, site coordination, and active presence throughout execution.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive commissioning plans, clearly defining responsibilities and ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Supervising and executing site activities in accordance with commissioning plans and industry standards, maintaining a high level of quality and safety.
• Collaborating with clients, trades, and stakeholders to negotiate schedules, address concerns, and drive project progress through respectful and effective communication.
• Prioritizing and organizing tasks efficiently, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or issues before they impact the schedule.
• Generating and reviewing daily and weekly reports to communicate on-site activities and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identifying out-of-scope work, preparing estimates, and assisting in change order and claims processing to support project controls.
• Coordinating and managing construction personnel and subcontractors, ensuring resource availability, tracking headcount, and optimizing productivity.
• Maintaining compliance with all project requirements, codes, and construction standards across on-site and off-site activities.
• Fostering strong working relationships with team members, supervisors, and leadership to resolve issues, coach team performance, and support a productive work environment.
• Analyzing and mitigating project risks while maintaining adaptability to handle emerging challenges.
• Communicating clearly and professionally with all project personnel, including engineers, construction teams, and management.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Project Management SkillBridge Program hosted by Siemens SI EA.
• HS Diploma with equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Site Management or Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams, including sub-contractors, field services, engineering, operations, and logistics.
• Ability to interpret and report results to senior management as well as customers.
• 100% Travel to customer construction site.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the USA without the need of company sponsorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience (preferred).
• A commitment to develop, drive, and manage projects in a highly competitive environment (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present complex issues to multi-level audiences and effectively communicate progress, status, and issues to internal and external customers (preferred).

• The pay range for this position is $86,485 - $148,261 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary.
• The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
