Role Description

The expected salary for this role is $80,000-90,000 depending on location and experience.

The Project Manager is a key delivery lead within the Evotix Professional Services team, responsible for managing the successful implementation of client projects across the full delivery lifecycle. Balancing scope, time, budget, and quality, the Project Manager ensures that projects meet defined objectives while delivering an exceptional client experience.

At Evotix, Project Managers operate with a high degree of autonomy, often leading multiple workstreams or overseeing mid-to-large-scale projects. They coordinate internal resources, manage external stakeholders, and uphold project governance standards. This is a role for project professionals who combine structured delivery skills with a collaborative mindset and a passion for client success.

What You'll Do

Operational Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver implementation projects on time, within scope and within budget.
• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Establish and maintain robust project governance, including RAID logs, status reports, and steering updates.
• Coordinate internal and client-facing resources to deliver against project timelines and requirements.
• Proactively manage risks and issues, escalating where necessary to ensure delivery continuity.
• Ensure adherence to PMO delivery methodologies, processes, and toolsets.

Outcome: Projects are delivered against agreed objectives with clear governance, controlled risk, and stakeholder visibility.

Client & Stakeholder Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as the main delivery contact throughout the project.
• Facilitate workshops, status updates, and key decision meetings with client and internal teams.
• Manage expectations and drive alignment between client goals and delivery capabilities.
• Partner with Consultants and Technical Leads to support solution feasibility and implementation plans.

Outcome: Clients and internal teams remain aligned, informed, and confident throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management roles, ideally in SaaS or software implementation environments.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, and tools such as JIRA or Smartsheet.
• Experience working with commercial statements of work, budgets, and client timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proven ability to anticipate and manage project-level risks and issues.
• Professional credibility and ownership in high-visibility client and internal settings.

Requirements

• PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in a PE-backed SaaS company.
• Experience in a fast-paced, scaling organisation.
