Role Description

ASRC NetCentric is seeking a Project Manager to support a DHS program.

Work location: Remote

Clearance: Public Trust

The DHS Program will provide professional services to support:

• Application analysis
• Architectural design
• Engineering
• Development
• Maintenance and support

Work includes implementation of:

• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Flow, and Power Business Intelligent (BI))
• SharePoint
• Office 365
• Azure products and Services
• Dataverse
• Drupal
• Confluence
• Jira
• ServiceNow

The Project Manager will own cost/schedule/quality for assigned projects and will:

• Supervise technical staff
• Enforce standards
• Integrate Agile practices with PMBOK and DHS SELC

Responsibilities include:

• Management and technical direction of projects
• Project performance including cost, schedule, deliverables, and contractual compliance
• Accountability for the quality and timely delivery of all project deliverable items
• Overall project/task performance
• Enforcing work standards and task schedules
• Reviewing work discrepancies
• Supervising technical personnel
• Recommending project hires and terminations
• Communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinate personnel
• Assisting in budgeting required resources for successful project implementation and completion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, with 24 credit hours in business related courses
• 5 years of experience combined in information systems development and project management from inception to deployment
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• US Citizen and ability to successfully complete a government issued background investigation
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust; prior Public Trust or Security Clearance preferred
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Exceptional organizational skills with consistent attention to detail and follow-through
• Demonstrated adaptability to shifting priorities, new technologies, or changes in project scope
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to motivate and guide technical teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
