Role Description

As related to customer equipment, facilities, or infrastructure projects, responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project-related activities and resources. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness, etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for small-medium sized projects.
• Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development.
• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; aware of competition and differentiating factors in the market.
• Uses judgment and ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address complicated manufacturing processes.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
• Explains information; develops skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within the field.
• Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Qualifications

• For roles outside of the USA: Advanced experience in Project Management; knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• For roles in the USA: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

Requirements

• For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $112,000.00-$168,000.00 Annual.
• Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
• This position may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
