Qualifications

• Proactive "Unblocker" Mindset: Willing and able to jump into the details, follow up relentlessly, and hunt down what is needed across teams so peers hit their deadlines. Zero hesitation/not shy about speaking up, escalating, and driving accountability.

• PM Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator managing fast-moving, multi-stakeholder workstreams.
• Tool Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Monday.com (core tracking tool), Slack, and collaborative docs (Google Workspace / Confluence).

• CRM / Digital Marketing Literacy: Familiarity with basic CRM channels and assets (Email, Push, WhatsApp, In-App Messages) to understand timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• Drive Execution & Clear Roadblocks: Proactively engage team members, identify missing assets or dependencies early, and push blockers out of the way before dates slip.
• Own the Trackers: Keep Monday.com boards, campaign schedules, and backlogs updated and accurate in real time.
• Facilitate Syncs & Action Items: Lead standups and project check-ins with internal teams and external agencies; capture clear action items and follow up until closed.
• QA & Care Bridge: Keep campaign assets moving through QA on schedule and ensure Customer Care stays aligned on upcoming high-volume sends.
