[Hiring] Project Manager @Agora (NASDAQ: API)

Role Description

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager (Contractor) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of Convo AI initiatives — including internal projects, customer-facing deliverables, and external marketing efforts related to conversational AI.

You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure smooth execution across all phases of Convo AI projects—from stakeholder coordination and asset collection to final delivery and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to schedule meetings, align on deliverables, and keep timelines on track.
• Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring all tasks progress efficiently from kickoff to completion.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to gather and deliver promotional materials (headshots, bios, social clips, case study content, etc.).
• Lead weekly planning meetings to align teams, track status, and proactively flag risks or blockers.
• Maintain a clear project tracker and regularly update key stakeholders on progress, timelines, and open issues.
• Support special projects or customer engagements as needed, with a focus on operational excellence and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management (tech, media, or customer-facing work is a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working across time zones and coordinating with global teams
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Background in marketing, customer success, or tech project delivery
• Familiarity with conversational AI, voice agents, or real-time communication platforms
