Role Description

The Project Manager will support the Senior Project Manager in planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring the daily operations of the project team. This position assists with client engagement activities and project deliverables, helping to ensure work is completed according to the contract scope, project timelines, and quality expectations. The role provides administrative and operational support across project functions, including:

• Coordinating with team members
• Tracking project activities
• Maintaining project documentation
• Assisting with the management of equipment, materials, and supplies used to fulfill contract obligations

Responsibilities include supporting project reporting, monitoring schedules and action items, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and helping maintain strong client relationships. The Project Manager will also assist with financial tracking, contract administration, and other project management activities under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager. This role is ideal for an early to mid-career project professional looking to develop skills in project coordination, customer relationship management, financial processes, and contract management. There is a strong preference for candidates located in the Dallas, Austin, or Houston area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar required
• Graduate degree preferred, but not required
• Minimum 3 years in a highly complex project manager role
• Government, Tolling or other highly regulated industry experience preferred
• PMP Certification required
• Proven experience delivering complex operations projects on-time and on-budget
