Role Description

We're looking for a Project Manager for a full-service travel marketing agency focused on helping Tour, Attraction, Adventure, and Leisure brands grow their guest numbers and ticket revenue. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Coordinate daily with Creatives, Account Managers, Project Managers, and other staff to track project status and clear obstacles.
• Support the creation and ongoing improvement of internal processes to boost productivity and workflow.
• Track down project details, changes, and revisions, resolve issues, and locate missing information to give clear direction to the creative team.
• Monitor design time tracking and project due dates.
• Coordinate with designers and the broader team to keep internal proofs, external proofs, and publication deadlines on track.
• Review creative work to confirm branding, specs, CTAs, and assets are correct and meet client requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to keep projects on budget and on schedule.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through clear, proactive communication on project details and status.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client services and/or project management within an advertising agency.
• Strong ability to manage numerous projects across multiple client accounts at once.
• High attention to detail and a deadline-focused approach.
• Self-starter, comfortable managing projects from the ground up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills.
• Customer service oriented, with strong interpersonal skills across multiple teams.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mac operating system.
• Experience with Google Drive suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Sprout, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Workamajig.
• Knowledge of Ziflow.
• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field (or comparable professional experience).
