[Hiring] Project Manager @Upskilled Evolution

Role Description

Upskilled Evolution is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Project Manager to support a variety of internal and client-facing initiatives. This role is best suited for a mid-level professional with strong organizational skills, experience in process improvement, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a consulting-style environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects from initiation through completion
• Organize and facilitate meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups
• Track deliverables, timelines, and action items across stakeholders
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Support consulting initiatives with structured execution and organization
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and clients
• Ensure accountability across projects and proactively address gaps

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of project management or project coordination experience
• Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization
• Background in a consulting, operations, or client-facing environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours (including early mornings when needed)
• Based in Alaska
• Work hours will vary

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification (or working toward it)
• Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices
• Experience supporting small teams or growing organizations

Compensation & Benefits

• $35–$45/hour (based on experience)
• Full-time position

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position with a strong preference for Alaska-based candidates to support collaboration and regional alignment. The role may require occasional in-state travel.
