Account specific roles & responsibilities
- Direct and manage the remote team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
- Oversee task planning and execution using sprint-based methodologies.
- Engage with partner companies to confirm requirements and provide progress updates.
- Lead projects through all phases, proactively resolving barriers to success.
- Contribute hands-on effort to project tasks as required, beyond supervisory duties. \
- Offer technical insight and support leveraging expertise in Python.
- Guarantee data accuracy and integrity across all project deliverables
Requirements
- 2+ years managing programming teams, specifically remote teams
- Proven track record with sprint-based projects (Agile/Scrum).
- Strong understanding of Python and Excel.
- Experience with database management, Power BI, data security, or Azure is an advantage
- Familiarity with AI, data loading, or Power Query/DAX.
- Knowledgeable with tools like ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
- Able to work from home – anywhere in the Philippines
- Schedule of work: can be discussed with hiring manager
