Role Description
This role involves ensuring timely submission and verification of session notes by Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs).
- Daily follow-ups with field staff regarding unsubmitted or unverified session notes from the previous day, utilizing the Rethink platform.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to accountability.
- Ability to manage a high volume of interactions in an approachable and respectful manner.
Working Hours:
- This role requires you to work USA hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00pm to 24h00am South African time).
- These working hours are subject to change depending on daylight savings and/or the operational requirements of the company.
Work Environment:
- This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.
Internet Requirements:
- A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.
- Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
Power Backup:
- A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages.
- Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the US healthcare sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices and the role of RBTs is highly advantageous.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems; experience with the Rethink platform is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey reminders and instructions clearly and empathetically.
- Ability to manage a large volume of follow-ups daily, ensuring no RBT is overlooked.
- Capable of identifying issues hindering session note submission and collaborating with team members to find solutions.
- Approachable and friendly demeanor to encourage positive relationships with field staff.
