Role Description

This role involves leading the seamless execution of customer-facing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving operational excellence.

Lead the seamless execution of customer engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage multiple implementations concurrently.
Proactively identify customer needs and ensure a smooth project lifecycle while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Identify potential project risks and roadblocks, develop proactive mitigation strategies, and drive resolution.
Provide consistent status reporting for all stakeholders.
Conduct project cadence calls with Customers or Partners whenever necessary.
Motivate and drive project members to meet deadlines, removing obstacles as needed.
Coordinate customer trainings and support customers with any questions or challenges related to training programs.
Contribute to internal process enhancements, aligning with company objectives to improve efficiency.
Monitor project KPIs, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

Project management experience in cybersecurity, IT, or professional services.
Ownership & Accountability: Full responsibility for projects, ensuring they meet customer expectations and business objectives.

Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate across different levels and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
Tool Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Flexibility: Open to travel when required.
Technical Acumen: Understand technical requirements from customers and communicate effectively.
Certification in Project Management or equivalent (such as PMI-PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus.

Requirements

Base pay scale for this position is $95,300 to $117,700.
