Role Description

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of internal projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using ClickUp.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Implement standardized project management methodologies and tools across internal projects.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and post-project reviews.
Regularly update the Head of PMO on project status, challenges, and achievements.
Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Manage project budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly with internal or operational projects.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Proficiency in ClickUp is a must, with experience in managing complex projects within the platform.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
