Role Description
ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced POWER BI DEVELOPER to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled professionals, who prioritize employee satisfaction and work-life balance.
- Provide support to Operations by meeting client reporting needs
- Design and develop metrics, reports, dashboards, and analyses to drive key business decisions
- Conduct large-scale data analysis and modeling to derive actionable insights
- Review outputs for trends
- Work with the team to conduct root cause analyses and communicate improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Required knowledge and experience in Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX
- Extensive coding experience with M Language, SQL, and/or BigQuery
- Strong background in KPI Dashboards development and automation
- Strong visualization experience – charts, bars, images, dynamic reports, etc.
- Some exposure to Procurement, Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management functions
- Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Able to work from home – anywhere in the Philippines
- Schedule of work: can be discussed with hiring manager
