[Hiring] Project Management Associate @Contour Education

Role Description

This is a remote position.

As a Project Management Associate, you will be the execution engine for Contour's most important projects. You will keep them structured, tracked, and moving, working hands-on inside the tools that run them.

• Manage several live projects simultaneously.
• Update launch trackers and follow up with project owners on blockers.
• Participate in working sessions and turn discovery calls into action logs and status updates.
• Own day-to-day execution: documentation, tracking, follow-ups, and technical work.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage the CRM migration and campus expansion.
• Build dashboards and reporting layers for project health visibility.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years coordinating projects or supporting a PMO.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience.
• Fluency in at least one project management tool (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com).
• Strong spreadsheet skills for tracking and reporting.
• Practical knowledge of delivery frameworks like Agile, Scrum, or RACI.
• Clear written documentation skills.
• Instinct to close loops and manage stakeholders proactively.
• Comfort working across Indian and Australian business hours.

Requirements

• Experience supporting a CRM migration or system implementation end to end (nice to have).
• Hands-on experience with Make or Zapier (nice to have).
• Exposure to prioritization frameworks like OKRs or ICE (nice to have).
• Background in edtech, startups, or fast-scaling teams (nice to have).
• Comfort building dashboards or working in advanced spreadsheets (nice to have).
