[Hiring] Manager - MIS & Projects @Mashreq

Role Description

Support and deliver regulatory reporting and assigned finance transformation initiatives in line with business requirements, working closely with:

• Regulatory
• Financial reporting team
• Technology
• Data
• Operations
• TMO
• Business stakeholders

Contribute to departmental and cross-functional projects and initiatives, providing regular progress updates to management.

• Identify and promote opportunities to leverage automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate the project delivery and UAT activities, including:
• Test planning
• Execution
• Defect tracking
• Stakeholder sign-off
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial and management reporting data through established reconciliation and validation controls across finance systems.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to support regulatory reporting and business insights and decision-making.
• Assist Finance teams during month-end reporting processes, monitor issues, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution and process improvements.
