Role Description

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support the STINGRAI program by providing project tracking, financial analysis, and operational coordination across a dynamic government contracting environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while ensuring alignment with STINGRAI program goals.

This requisition supports hiring for multiple locations, including Doral, FL and remote. Positions based in Doral, FL require full-time onsite work at the SOUTHCOM offices.

What You Will Do

• Review and track project and budget status for STINGRAI, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and support intervention and problem-solving efforts with project managers, line managers, and customers.
• Oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing STINGRAI projects, serving as a liaison between project management, planning, the project team, and leadership.
• Assist in developing contract-required products, including technical direction plans, rough-order-of-magnitude pricing, and management of the risk register.

Qualifications

• Level 2: 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• Level 3: 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
• Level 4: 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience supporting complex technical projects or programs within the Department of Defense (DoD).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of DoD project management standards, risk management practices, and compliance requirements.
• Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Preferred Requirements

• Clearance: Possess and maintains an active Secret clearance.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential.
• Familiarity with DoD-specific project management methodologies and tools, including MS Project.
