[Hiring] Project Design & Estimator II @Advanced Drainage Systems

Role Description

We are looking for a Project & Design Estimator II to join our team! In this role, you will expand knowledge beyond your assigned region, contribute to continuous improvement, and act as a change agent. This role requires strong expertise in ADS products, effective communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and independently complete complex tasks. The Project Resource Center provides inside sales services that increase ADS product opportunities and specifications on projects, enhancing ADS sales opportunities and customer value.

• Assessing Civil Engineering Plans to identify opportunities for ADS products and managing the Project Resource Center’s work to support sales in winning this work
• Leveraging ADS Design Tools or AutoCAD to provide ADS product designs
• Leveraging BlueBeam to “Take Off” ADS product opportunities from civil engineering plans or internal designs to create a Bill of Materials
• Completing Quotes based on customer lists or Bills of Materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Advanced skills with Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
• Detail-oriented and able to work quickly without compromising accuracy
• Ability to read Civil Engineering Plans and work with 2D or 3D documents
• Advanced Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management experience for work management or quoting preferred
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu or other Engineering Mark-Up Software, AutoCAD, or other drafting software preferred
