Role Description

The organization is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator III to support Music & Content Operations within a global partnerships environment. This role plays a critical part in managing the operational workflow of music and content deals—from contract routing to partner onboarding and payment processing. It is an opportunity to work cross‑functionally with business development, legal, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of content partnerships.

• Drive Music & Content deal operations from deal signing through payout, while supporting product priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in media, technology, or a related industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple objectives in a fast‑paced, iterative environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a self‑starter mindset.
• Ability to build effective relationships across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, including written documentation and presentation development.

Requirements

• Experience in the music, media, technology, consulting, or investment banking sectors.
• Familiarity with process mapping, operational workflows, or project management methodologies.
• Strategic thinking, analytical problem‑solving, and comfort influencing without direct authority.
