Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and competent Project Coordinator for our Customer Project Delivery Team. The ideal candidate must be well presented, a master at multitasking and be an exceptional team player.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Liaise with different service providers, via email and telephonically
• Place different types of orders with service providers (i.e., Fibre, Fixed LTE, Microwave, etc.)
• Follow through on the ordering process
• Adhere to project deadlines
• Manage multiple projects
• Facilitate meetings with the project manager throughout the project life cycle
• Monitor project progress and create project status reports for project managers
• Facilitate meetings with different service providers to obtain updates and progress reports
• Various other administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook) – particularly MS Excel
• Matric/Grade 12
• A formal tertiary qualification will be to your advantage
• 12-months working experience within the ISP industry
• 12-months working experience within a last mile project team
