Role Description

We are looking for a Home-Based Project Coordinator to join a growing U.S.-based full-service marketing agency that helps home service businesses build strong brands and grow. In this role, you will support Project Managers in coordinating web, print, and digital projects through the full delivery process — from kickoff and timeline management to quality checks, proof routing, and final delivery. You will play a key role in keeping project information accurate, flagging risks early, documenting meetings and action items, and making sure every deliverable aligns with the client's approved scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, or agency support role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

Requirements

• Effectively manages multiple projects, tasks, and Project Managers while meeting strict deadlines.
• Maintains high accuracy in project timelines, task updates, time tracking, and quality assurance checks on deliverables.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and distributes timely meeting recaps and action items.
• Identifies potential delays, scope concerns, and deliverable issues early and escalates them appropriately to keep projects on track.
• Solid understanding of project delivery workflows for web, print, and digital deliverables, including SOWs, proofing, and QA processes.
• Proficient in Mac or Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with digital and print deliverable workflows.
• Knowledge of task management tools preferred (e.g., Notion, JIRA, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of proof routing tools preferred (e.g., PageProof or equivalent).
• Knowledge of messaging tools for communication management preferred (e.g., Slack or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of website development processes a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn project delivery processes and grow within the Project Office.
• Eagerness to support Project Managers and take direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to support multiple Project Managers and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to identify and follow up on next steps using task management software.
• Ability to respond to internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ability to facilitate communication between internal teams and escalate issues appropriately.
• Ability to adhere to documented delivery processes and company policies and procedures.
• Ability to maintain a well-organized digital work environment.
• Ability to learn new programs and software as required.
